and as such a procedure will not improve the situation, for constant dribbling will still go on, due to the absence of the sphincter. In such a case, the formation of a new urethra is another difficult problem. Cystitis and ascending infection have to be feared as well. It is reported that these children have grown up to adult lite, enjoying good health except for the nuisance caused by constant dribbling of urine. I propose to deal with the case by the provision of a rubber bag, to be worn constantly by the child,
